Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year course

Knowledge or proficiency in AutoCAD (2D or 3D) is an advantage.

Knowledgeable in MS Excel (or equivalent)

Must be willing to work on a 6-day work-week schedule.
Requirements:

Works hand in hand with the production manager to ensure timely completion of projects

Monitoring of production team’s daily progress, material requirements, etc.

Assist and supervise workers on the correct measurements, specs and materials used

Conducts thorough checking of trucks upon arrival
-
Thoroug Pre-Delivery Inspection of completed/finished units

All other documentations that he/she may be required of
Human Resource Manager
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
-
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation.

Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/payroll systems.

Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage but not required.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee offboarding.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.

Manage performance evaluations and employee development programs.

Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related decisions.

Supervise and guide the HR team to achieve department goals.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.
